Michelle Deluca Fraley

Michelle DeLuca Fraley has over two decades of experience in pharmacy, currently serving as the Pharmacist in Charge at Ephraim McDowell Health Commonwealth Cancer Center since June 2016. Previously, Michelle held the role of Director of Pharmacy Residency Program (PGY1) at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center from July 2009 to June 2016, and served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UK College of Pharmacy from July 2007 to July 2009 while working as a Hospital Staff Pharmacist at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Michelle's pharmacy career began as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center from February 2002 to July 2007. Education was obtained from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, culminating in a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree between 1997 and 2001.
