Tracy Perkins has extensive experience in human resources and operational roles, currently serving as System Volunteer Coordinator at Ephraim McDowell Health since March 2002, where previous positions included Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Analyst, focusing on data analysis and HR-related responsibilities. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Operations Coordinator at Shoe Carnival, Inc. and served as Office Manager at Trico Security, Inc. and Thoroughbred Gymnastics. Early career experience includes a Cashier role at Big Valu Grocery and various positions at Rose's Department Store, encompassing cashier duties, customer service, and department management. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from IWU National & Global, an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, and a High School Diploma from Danville High School.
