Tom Harle

Tom Harle is the founder and director of Everybody Go, a company that helps spirited companies understand audiences, build ideas, and grow teams. Tom is currently in this role since February 2023.

Tom also has experience as a user experience lead and acting head of user experience design at EPI Company from March 2023 to June 2023.

Before that, they were the lead of customer research and connected services at Lightyear from August 2021 to February 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Tom worked at ustwo as a strategy principal, where they worked with clients in various industries and also served as the customer experience lead for ustwo auto.

Tom has also worked as a user experience lead on freelance contracts at companies such as Elvis, Smart Design, Poke, and SapientNitro from 2014 to 2016.

In 2014, Tom worked as an experience planning director at Dare where they led the development of digital services for a new 4G network.

Lastly, they worked as a senior experience planner at rehabstudio from September 2014 to January 2015.

Tom Harle attended Fitzalan High School in Cardiff from 1994 to 1999. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Media Studies at the University of Sussex from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they enrolled at Cardiff Metropolitan University and graduated in 2009 with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication. Additionally, in 2006, they also obtained an Introductory Certificate in Marketing from Coleg Glan Hafren.
