Danielle Larocca

Danielle Larocca has accumulated extensive work experience in the field of Human Capital Management and SAP software solutions. Danielle currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management and EIM Technology at EPI-USE Labs, where they provide technical and business process improvement solutions to companies running SAP and SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to this role, Larocca served as the Executive Vice President of Operations/Chief Knowledge Officer at SpinifexIT, managing global operational functions and a large team of employees. Danielle has also held various positions at companies such as SAPinsider, HCL AXON, Compass Group North America, Bookspan, and Allscripts, where they contributed as a writer, project manager, and HR professional, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field.

Danielle Larocca completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the State University of New York Cortland, spanning from 1990 to 1995. Danielle has obtained several certifications related to SAP and SuccessFactors, including multiple SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning Functional Consultant certifications in the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, they received the SAP Business Technology Platform in a Nutshell certification in 2022.
