Vlada Barlow

Vlada Barlow currently serves as the Head of Public Sector & Administration at Armada, overseeing business development, strategy, and sales targeting federal, state, local, and education sectors, with a focus on critical mission needs such as emergency management and military operations. Prior to this role, Vlada Barlow held several positions at Okta, including Senior Director and Senior Corporate Counsel, and at Verisign, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for cloud-based services and procurement.
