PhD Aeronautical Engineer - Structures Chief Engineer at EPIC AEROSPACE

Ricardo Lang has been working in the aeronautical engineering field since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Aeronautical Engineer at UID GTA-GIAI, gaining experience using measurement equipment and systems and improving their computer skills. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a PhD Aeronautical Engineer at CMT Motores Térmicos, researching turbomachinery applied to boost automotive internal combustion engines. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a PhD Aeronautical Engineer - Structures and Mechanism Engineer at CONAE, researching and developing thrust vector control (TVC) of a subsonic launch vehicle. Currently, they are working as a PhD Aeronautical Engineer - Structures Chief Engineer at EPIC AEROSPACE, defining and executing a roadmap for anything and everything relating to structures within Epic Aerospace. Ricardo is also building an internal structural-services-office, managing overall structural design and analysis.

Ricardo Lang began their educational journey in 2000 when they obtained their Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in the field of Aeronautic. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Master degree in Propulsive Systems for Transport from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Finally, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Aeronautical Engineer degree from UPV in the field of Propulsive Systems for Transport.
