Andrew Hermer

Andrew Hermer has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew started their career at BRE Properties in 2001 as a Regional Manager and worked there until 2003. Andrew then joined Carmel Partners as the Vice President of Residential Services for a year. In 2004, they became the Director of Property Management at Arcadia Management Group, Inc. AMO® and held that role until 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President at Epic Asset Management since 2014.

Andrew Hermer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University, spanning from 1985 to 1989.
