Isaac Nicol

Isaac Nicol has a wide range of work experience in the field of Information Communication & Technology. Isaac has held various roles in different companies over the years. Currently, they are working as the Head of Information Communication & Technology at EPIC Assist since April 2022. Before that, they worked as an ICT Manager at EPIC Assist from March 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for establishing and managing information security management systems and developing relevant policies and processes. Prior to EPIC Assist, Isaac worked as a Services Manager at Aliva Pty Ltd from April 2020 to March 2021.

Isaac's previous experience also includes working as an Infrastructure Manager and Acting Head of Technology at Endeavour Foundation from November 2018 to March 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multiple sectors and domains of IT infrastructure, implementing technology solutions, and supervising technical operations. Isaac also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Tatts Group from November 2015 to June 2017, where they developed and implemented business processes.

In addition, Isaac has experience as an Acting Team Leader at Sunsuper from May 2008 to November 2015, where they supervised and mentored team members and ensured compliance with standards. Isaac also worked as a Service Desk Coordinator at Queensland Department of Education from March 2006 to May 2008, where they implemented incident management systems and provided technical assistance to internal customers.

Isaac Nicol completed their Master of Information Technology degree in Information Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2013 and 2015.
