Kavita Jadhav

Kavita Jadhav is a Senior Scientist at Epic Bio since August 2022, previously holding roles as Scientist II and Scientist at TrueBinding from November 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes work as a Postdoctoral Fellow at AstraZeneca, where Kavita focused on identifying and validating microbial targets for Type 2 Diabetes and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, and as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, investigating the role of Tribbles1 in NASH and the regulation of plasma lipids. Earlier, Kavita was a Teaching Assistant at Northeast Ohio Medical University, where responsibilities included designing protocols and conducting presentations on microbiological techniques. Kavita holds a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Kent State University and an MS in Nutrition from the University at Buffalo.
