Jaime Andrés Restrepo Gomez is a prominent figure in the field of cybersecurity, serving as the CEO and Founder of DragonJAR since October 2001. Under Jaime Andrés Restrepo Gomez's leadership, DragonJAR has developed into a leading community for researchers, students, professionals, and enthusiasts in cybersecurity, significantly impacting both Colombia and Latin America. Additionally, Jaime Andrés Restrepo Gomez co-founded DragonJAR Education in May 2015 and established the DragonJAR Security Conference in September 2013, which is recognized as one of the premier cybersecurity conferences in Latin America. Jaime Andrés Restrepo Gomez holds a Master’s degree in Information Security from Universidad de Manizales, completed in November 2022, and a degree in Systems Engineering from the same university, along with specialized studies in Cybersecurity Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
