Rick Witt-BSE, CCP, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick currently serves as the Chief Perfusionist at Epic Cardiovascular Staffing, where they manage their perfusion service business for the Valley Health System in Las Vegas. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations West Region at SpecialtyCare. Rick has also held roles such as Director of Business Development at Bio-Potentials, Strategic Accounts Senior Sales Manager at Covidien, Sales Representative at Regenesis Biomedical and Saint Jude Medical, and New Product Engineering, Sales & Marketing Manager at Medtronic. Rick has also worked as a Clinical Perfusionist at Perfusion Resource Association and Tampa General Hospital. Additionally, they have experience in new product engineering, where they designed a new integrated extracorporeal cardiopulmonary support system at Baxter International Inc. Overall, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of perfusion and healthcare.

Rick Witt received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1982 and 1986. Following this, they attended the Midwest Heart Surgery Institute from 1984 to 1986, earning a certification as a Clinical Perfusionist. In 2006, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business, which they completed in 2008.
