Dr. Jeffrey Keeney

Dr. Jeffrey Keeney has an extensive work experience in the field of education. Dr. Jeffrey currently serves as the Founding Head of School at Evergreen Academy since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director of Assessments at Epic Charter Schools starting from 2019.

Before joining Epic Charter Schools, Dr. Keeney was the Dean of the School of Education & Exercise Science at Oklahoma Wesleyan University from 2014 to 2019. Dr. Jeffrey also served as the Founding Superintendent at Hope Christian Academy from 2011 to 2014.

Additionally, Dr. Keeney worked as the Vice President of Student Affairs/Dean of Enrollment Management at Southwestern Christian University from 2009 to 2011.

Dr. Jeffrey Keeney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Recreation Management from the University of Central Oklahoma from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Jeffrey then pursued a Master of Science degree in College Teaching with a focus on Health and Physical Education at Northeastern State University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Oral Roberts University from 2003 to 2010.
