Michelle Yotter is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Director of Data Strategy at Epic Charter Schools since June 2013. In this role, Michelle develops and monitors schoolwide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creates data visualizations to support analysis efforts that identify trends and areas for improvement. Previously, Michelle worked as a Data Strategist at Epic, focusing on data analysis and implementation of new technology to enhance educational outcomes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Bonus Coordinator, where training teachers on bonus calculations was key, and as a High School Math Teacher at Putnam City Schools. Michelle's career began as an Environmental Specialist-Air Quality at Cardinal Engineering, following a Meteorology and Mathematics degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Founded in 2011, Epic Charter Schools (Epic) is Oklahoma’s largest public virtual charter school – and among the largest of its kind in the U.S. – serving approximately 30,000 students from PreK-12th grade in all 77 counties statewide.
