Ms-Hrm Shawna Salkil

Shawna Salkil, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations leadership. Currently serving as Deputy Superintendent of Operations at Epic Charter Schools since December 2016, Shawna has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Director of People and Culture and Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources. Prior to this, Shawna managed office operations at Conner and Winters and was Chief of Staff and Employee Relations at Southwestern Christian University, overseeing comprehensive HR functions. Shawna's earlier career includes serving as Tribal Administrator and Human Resources Director for the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, where significant organizational improvements and compliance initiatives were implemented. Shawna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and degrees in Organizational Leadership and General Studies.
