Shayna Kutt

Shayna Kutt serves as a School Support Specialist at Epic Charter Schools since August 2023, previously holding the same position at the Oklahoma State Department of Education from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting ATSI-designated sites in asset and needs assessment and providing professional development for school leaders. Prior to this, Shayna dedicated 25 years to Norman Public Schools, culminating in the role of Assistant Principal for High School, and provided leadership as a Literacy Specialist, English Teacher, and Literacy and Instructional Coach. Shayna holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Oklahoma, along with a Teacher Certification in Secondary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oklahoma.
