Rachael Wade currently serves on the Teaching Team at Epic Church San Francisco and is a Graduate Student pursuing a Master of Arts in Contextual Leadership at Pillar Seminary. As the Founder and Chief Encourager of Olive Us, Rachael facilitates a community of everyday women of faith to share their stories and uplift one another. Previous roles include Lead Community Chat Facilitator at Oath Care and Chief of Staff at The Coaching Factory, providing strategic support in corporate training and development. Rachael's early career included positions as an Administrative Assistant at Epic Church San Francisco and as a Senior Marketing & Physician Liaison Specialist at UC Health, where responsibilities involved marketing planning and event coordination. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
