Nick Giobres

Nick Giobres has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Nick has managed construction projects ranging from 190k to 33m. Nick is currently the Director of Construction at EPIC Companies.

Nick started their career as an Owner of Vision Renovations in October 2005. In July 2013, they became a Construction Manager at Thomsen Homes. Nick was with Thomsen Homes for about a year and a half before they took on the role of Chief Architect: Estimation at KUKUN in January 2015.

Nick was with KUKUN for about 4 months before they became a Construction Project Manager at Verity Homes in Fargo North Dakota. Nick was with Verity Homes for about a year before they joined Kilbourne Group as a Commercial Superintendent in July 2018. Nick was with Kilbourne Group for about 2 and a half years before they took on their current role as Director of Construction at EPIC Companies in January 2021.

Nick Giobres has a bachelor's degree in industrial design from Pratt Institute. Nick also has a high school diploma from Junipero Serra High School. Nick has OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as a General Building Contractor certification from the State of California Contractors State License Board.
