Iris Medina-Elston, BA, MPA is the founder of Carter Wade, creating high-end eco-friendly vegan leather bags in NYC & Italy. With experience as a Project Manager and Agile Coach & Scrum Master, Iris champions full organizational Agile adoption and transformation. At Georgia Tech CREATE-X, Iris founded Carter Wade, Inc. and previously owned Drupalistas.Net, managing agile website builds and digital projects for diverse brands. Currently pursuing an MBA at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, Iris holds a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Mass Communications from California State University, East Bay.
