Heloá Cabrini

Heloá Cabrini is an experienced Localization QA Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and support within the gaming industry, having held leadership roles at Epic Games and Ubisoft, including Senior Localization QA Lead and Localization QA Lead. In addition to expertise in localization, Heloá has experience in customer service and teaching, having worked as a Support Representative for Portuguese language speakers and as a Sociology and Philosophy teacher. Heloá has also contributed as a volunteer translator for TED Conferences. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Global Digital Marketing & Localization from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and training from Code the Dream.
