Joey Messick is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as Product Director for the Fortnite Ecosystem at Epic Games since June 2023. Previously, Joey held the position of Product Lead at Tessera, focusing on NFTs and launching escher from November 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Riot Games from August 2016 to November 2021 involved various roles, including Manager of Insights on VALORANT Multiplatform and Senior Analyst for VALORANT, where strategic insights guided development for mobile and console versions. Joey's career began with internships at Deloitte, Eze Software Group, and PNC, contributing to data analytics and risk management, complemented by instructional experience at Montgomery Taekwondo Academy.
