Naseem started their career as a Staff Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital in 1993 and later worked as a Registered Nurse Trauma Stepdown at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. In 2000, they became a Physician Peer Review Coordinator at Central Baptist Hospital. Naseem then joined MedSolutions as a Clinical QA Manager in 2004 and later transitioned to Shearwater Health as the Vice President of Account Management & Quality in 2007. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Clinical Advisor at Shearwater Health. Currently, they hold the role of Director of International Business Development/Recruitment at Epic International Staffing, formerly known as Guardian Healthcare Providers, with an additional role as the Vice President of Recruiting starting in 2023.
