Sue Champion

Sue Champion began their work experience in 1983 as a Medical Office Manager at ENT & Associates, where they supervised office staff and managed HR, insurance, payroll services, and scheduling. In 1998, they transitioned to Milestone Medical Staffing as a Correctional Contracts Manager until 2003. Sue then joined Guardian Healthcare Providers as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall success of health care staffing contracts and other business ventures in assigned regions. Sue also recruited qualified staff and supervised recruitment, managed regional offices, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Sue Champion attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1974 to study Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
