Cynthia Espinal

Cynthia Espinal has a diverse work experience. Cynthia started in 2002 as a Legal Assistant/ Billings Clerk at Conroy Simberg Ganon and worked there until 2009. In 2011, they joined EPIC Loan Systems as a Senior Client Specialist. Cynthia'sresponsibilities included writing software requirements, providing technical support, assisting in all areas of operation as requested by management, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues, training new clients and internal employees, managing client service representatives, creating reports and policies, and being available for after-hours and on-call support.

Cynthia Espinal began their education at Miami Carol City Senior High School, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at John Carroll University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
