MacKenzie Ross

Mackenzie Ross possesses extensive experience in client relations and management, currently serving as a Senior Client Order Specialist and previously as a Client Success Coordinator at Wiland since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held the position of Store Manager at Signet Jewelers from April 2006 to May 2021 and worked as a Jewelry Department Manager and Asset Protection Specialist at Sears Holdings Global Sourcing Limited from October 2004 to April 2006. Educational qualifications include a Regents Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from West Virginia University, a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Operations from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and a Medical Transcription Certificate from Belmont Technical College.
