Joe Hepburn

Joe Hepburn is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Chief CFI at Textron Aviation Employees' Flying Club and holding dual roles as SVP of Product Development at Citation Partners and Transportation Products Leader at Epic Optix. Prior to these positions, Joe was the Director of Aftermarket Product Development and Sr. VP of Piston Products at Textron Aviation, leading P&L initiatives for multiple aircraft models. Joe's extensive career at Cessna Aircraft Company included roles such as Sr. VP of Customer Service and Program Manager for new jet product development. Joe's education encompasses programs in executive leadership and growth from institutions including Duke University and Thunderbird School of Global Management, alongside a BS in Business from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
