Robert O'Leary

Robert O'Leary has a diverse work experience. Robert is currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Epic Research since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Capital One from August 2019 to June 2023, holding roles such as Senior Business Analyst in Upmarket Direct Mail, Business Analyst in Credit Underwriting Innovation, and Business Analyst in People Analytics. Before joining Capital One, Robert worked as a Finance Intern at Eagle Management Group, Inc. from May 2018 to August 2019. Robert also has a strong involvement in student organizations during their time at Rowan University, where they held various leadership roles such as President of the Bureau of Business Associations, Co-Chair of the Rowan Innovation Venture Fund, Chairman of the Student Financial Control Board, and Student Government Association Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, they served as President of the Financial Management Association and Vice President of the Rowan Student Investment Group. Robert also had an entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Rob's Power Washing from February 2016 to August 2018. Robert began their professional journey as a Logistics Intern at Atlantic Container Line in July 2016, where they reviewed payment agreements, created truck routes, and communicated with other departments for contract research.
