Sharon Parr

Sharon Parr is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Restart Foundation since February 2021, Sharon leads a national charity focused on empowering individuals affected by gambling harm to rebuild their lives. Prior to this, Sharon held multiple high-level positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Associate Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service, and Director of Strategic Operations at Carlisle Cathedral, where significant strategies were implemented to enhance sustainability. Additional roles include advising corporate clients at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, leading global business relations at the British Council, and directing a public diplomacy campaign for the British Embassy in Beijing. Sharon holds a GDL/LPC in Law from BPP Law School.
