Amanda Hightower

Amanda Hightower, QPA, QKA, is a seasoned professional in the retirement plan services industry, currently serving as a Sr. Client Services Specialist at EPIC Retirement Plan Services since September 2020. Previously, Amanda worked as a Plan Implementation Consultant at DWC - The 401(k) Experts from November 2018 to September 2020 and as a Retirement Plan Administrator at Hancock Bank from August 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included increasing plan participation through employee education and conducting enrollment meetings. Earlier in Amanda's career, experience as a Conversion Specialist at Employee Fiduciary involved managing the installation of multiple retirement plans and collaborating with Plan Sponsors, TPA’s, and Advisors. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Alabama, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
