Christopher Riccio

Christopher Riccio is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital architecture and application management. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Architect at EPIC Retirement Plan Services since August 2022, Christopher provides architectural leadership to enhance operational capabilities. Previously, at M&T Bank from August 2017 to August 2022, Christopher managed three Agile teams focused on fraud detection and identity systems. Christopher's earlier roles include being an Application Lifecycle & DevOps Consultant at Globalquest Staffing Solutions, AVP of Infrastructure & Operations at Fidelis Care, and Director of Planning & Enterprise Architecture at Sodexo. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and has directed significant technology initiatives, including the design of event-based architecture strategies.
