Michelle C. Miller

Bringing to the team nearly 20 years of management and retirement plan industry experience, Michelle joined EPIC Retirement Plan Services in 2020 through the ABG Retirement Plan Services merger. Over the course of her tenure at ABG, she served as a leader in participant and paying agent services, and most recently held the title of Vice President of Information Services. Michelle has served on several ASPPA committees including The Plan Consultant Magazine and ASPPA’s ASAP committee. She now oversees the Operations Department within EPIC with a focus on increasing business agility and economies of scale while increasing operating leverage.
