Mike Confer

Mike Confer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at EPIC Retirement Plan Services since April 2021, Mike has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and IT at both AssetMark from December 2014 to January 2021 and Aris Corporation from September 1987 to December 2014. Early in their career, Mike gained valuable experience as Assistant Manager at Gee Bee Department Store from 1981 to 1987. An alumnus of Penn State University, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science between 1983 and 1987.
