Isabel Dewey

Isabel Dewey has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Isabel currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Epic Staffing Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ReliaQuest from January 2020 to March 2023 as the Senior Vice President of People, where they successfully managed the growth of the company from 350 employees to 1,200.

Isabel has a long history with IBM, starting in August 2011. Isabel'sroles at IBM include Global Business Services Reskilling Lead from July 2018 to January 2020, Industry Learning and Knowledge Leader from October 2015 to July 2018, and Community Launch and Content Services Leader from August 2011 to October 2015.

Before joining IBM, Isabel had various positions at IBM from 2001 to 2009, including Practitioner Portal North America Lead, Global Learning Consultant, and Management Consultant. As a Management Consultant, they were responsible for project financials and delivery excellence, as well as business process consulting for state government IT implementations.

Isabel Dewey obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Communications, summa cum laude, from Florida State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, they pursued a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship at the University of Washington, specializing in Public Policy Analysis. Later, from 1999 to 2001, Dewey attended the University of Chicago to complete their Masters in Public Policy with a focus on Economics and Social Policy.
