Amit Popat is currently the Director of Integration Standards and Regulations at Epic, where they lead efforts in integration and interoperability. Previously, Amit served as a Software Analyst at the University of California and contributed significantly to Epic Systems Corporation as both an EDI Interface Analyst and the founder of the Web Services Team. Amit was also involved with Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise, serving as QRPH Technical Co-Chair from 2010 to 2014 and later as Planning Co-Chair for QRPH and PCC. Amit is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Software Engineering) at the University of California, Berkeley.
