Brad Paulson

Brad Paulson is the VP & Corporate Counsel at Epic. Brad has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on customer, supplier & sales channel relationships, technology licensing, strategic development alliances and intellectual property management. Prior to joining Epic, Brad was a Senior Counsel at Texas Instruments, where they were responsible for legal affairs for the company's High Performance Analog Group. Brad has also worked as an attorney at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P., representing clients from diverse industries in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; licensing and technology transfers; intellectual property management; commercial transactions; SEC reporting; regulatory compliance; employment, compensation, and labor matters; real estate transactions; and general corporate matters.
