Weilyn Wood

Weilyn Wood is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Confluent since May 2022. Prior to this role, Weilyn held the position of Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Secretary at Robinhood from January 2021 to May 2022. Weilyn's legal career also includes serving as Senior Director of Corporate Legal at Splunk from September 2013 to January 2021, and as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from October 2007 to August 2013. Earlier in the career, Weilyn worked as a Computer Scientist at Kestrel Institute from October 2002 to May 2004. Weilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, as well as a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School.
