Ronnie Bunshaft has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at 3DVIA.com, where they gained experience in program debugging and competitive analysis. In 2011, they worked as a Technical Intern at WANT!, a start-up company focused on developing a social media app, where they gained exposure to the Scala programming language and MongoDB database software.
In 2012, Ronnie worked as a Technical Summer Intern at TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION, where they gained exposure to Springsource Tool Suite, SQL programming, the Groovy language, Tidal Enterprise Scheduling Software, and Procmail, focusing on the technical side of the financial world.
Moving on, in 2013, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Technical Intern, where they worked on developing an automated testing suite for Webservices, focusing on XML processing and HP Quick Test Professional.
Since 2014, Ronnie has been working at Epic, initially starting as a Software Developer and then progressing to a Software Development Team Lead, managing a team of developers. Ronnie later became Cupid Product Lead, managing the research and development group for Epic's invasive cardiology application. Currently, they are OpTime Product Lead, responsible for determining the overall direction of Epic's surgery management application, managing a large team and interacting with customers from around the world.
Ronnie Bunshaft holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, which was achieved in 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science also from Cornell University in 2013.
