Shankar Manickam

Shankar Manickam is an experienced software developer with a strong background in research and development. Currently employed at Epic since August 2011, Shankar has played a key role in the Item Meta Data project, collaborating with over 80 teams to manage database meta-data. Prior experience includes working as a software engineer at Azox Inc., where Shankar developed a content management system for an e-commerce platform and transitioned various workflows from VB to ASP, as well as at Symphony Services, focusing on a Business Intelligence reporting product called RPM. Educational achievements include a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University. Shankar also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
