Susan Briggs

Susan Briggs has extensive experience in the healthcare software implementation sector, currently serving as a Team Lead and Implementation Executive at Epic since August 2007. In this role, Susan works closely with clients and project teams to configure and optimize software solutions for prominent healthcare organizations. Prior experience includes a Marketing Research Intern position at Caterpillar Inc., where Susan analyzed data for marketing strategies and received training in Six-Sigma and project management, as well as an Income Development Intern role at the American Cancer Society, where event planning and marketing portfolio design were key responsibilities. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Spanish from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in January 2007.
