Krystal Richardson

Krystal Richardson currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at EPIC4 Specialty Partners, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Krystal held the role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Smile Doctors and BayMark Health Services, as well as Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Trusted Medical. At Trusted Medical, responsibilities included ensuring alignment of revenue cycle operations with organizational goals, focusing on patient-centered experiences and efficiency improvements. Krystal also served as Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at UT Southwestern Medical Center, overseeing various aspects of the revenue cycle to enhance operational performance and customer service. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
