Carole Rzepiejewski, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance.

Carole currently works as the Corporate Controller at Epica International Inc. since 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Carole worked as the Controller at Mitchell Portfolio Management, where they handled accounting responsibilities for a SEC Registered Investment Adviser managing over $160 million hedge fund. Carole was responsible for all portfolio accounting across multiple custodians, month-end close, general ledger transactions, and financial statements.

Prior to that, Carole worked as the Controller at Uniloc from 2011 to 2012, where they managed accounting for a small company with international operations and subsidiaries, utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions for accounting and financial preparations. Carole also worked with auditors on an IPO audit.

From 2006 to 2009, Carole served as a Senior Accountant/Supervisor at Clarient, where they played a crucial role in implementing accounting control procedures, tracking fixed assets and depreciation, and coordinating Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance alongside external auditors.

Before that, Carole worked as a Senior Accountant at Interpore Cross International from 2001 to 2006, handling audit schedules, SOX testing, monthly journal entries, and budgeting.

Carole also has experience as a Senior Inventory Analyst at Mitsubishi Digital Electronics from 2000 to 2001, and as a Senior Accountant at E & Y from 1992 to 1995.

Throughout their career, Carole has gained strong expertise in financial accounting, general ledger transactions, financial statements preparation, internal controls, audits, and international operations.

Carole Rzepiejewski, CPA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a double major in Psychology, from Boston College between 1988 and 1992.
