Eliana Soleiman is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance. Currently serving as Principal Consultant for Data Management at Epical since August 2021, Eliana leads advisory and implementation projects while developing go-to-market strategies. Prior tenure at IBM from 2010 to 2021 included roles as Master Data Management Specialist and Managing Consultant for SAP MDG, focusing on MDM strategy and implementation. Earlier experiences include conducting a Master's thesis on knowledge transfer at Ericsson and an internship analyzing customer behavior at Vattenfall. Eliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering from Uppsala University.
