Oleksandr Marchuk is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and e-commerce. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at Епіцентр К since December 2020, Oleksandr oversees a large-scale omnichannel B2B e-commerce portal with over 75,000 corporate users, focusing on Agile methodologies and team coaching to enhance delivery performance. As a co-founder of Just Development, Oleksandr engages in strategic operations and client negotiations, leveraging expertise in IT project management to drive success. Previous roles include Ecommerce Product Manager at SOLMAR, where Oleksandr contributed to a prominent women's fashion brand, and IT Project Manager at avivi.info, leading CRM and e-commerce implementations. Oleksandr began in the legal field as a Legal Advisor for the Khmelnitskyi department of sports and youth, after earning a Master's degree in law from Khmelnitsky University of Management and Law.
