Bodanapu Ajith

Bodanapu Ajith is an Information Technology Support Analyst at Epicor since December 2025, following a role as Information Technology System Technician II at BCD Travel where experience included delivering second-level technical support and administering Active Directory. Prior to this, Bodanapu served as an Information Technology Specialist and System Administrator at ITC Infotech, managing user incidents, Azure AD, and Active Directory, as well as providing technical support in a hospitality environment. Bodanapu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sree Venkateswara College of Engineering, earned in April 2019.
