Grace Depmore

Grace Depmore, SHRM-CP, serves as the Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at Epicor since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing global leadership development initiatives and conducting workforce analyses to identify learning needs. Previous roles at Epicor include Associate Manager of Learning & Development and Associate Manager of Early Career Programs for the Americas, enhancing professional growth and aligning programs with strategic business goals. Prior to Epicor, Grace worked at The University of Texas System, focusing on talent management and acquisition, impacting various departments by redesigning processes and leading recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach at Lone Star Aquatics Club, where Grace developed training programs for athletes. Grace earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Hendrix College.
