Joe Donato

Joe Donato serves as the Leader for Revenue and Strategy at Epicor since October 2025. Prior to this role, Donato was the Group Vice President of Sales at UKG from November 2019 to October 2025, where initiatives were spearheaded to enhance net new sales, customer base growth, and retention, alongside optimizing sales execution and resource alignment. Donato's leadership in enterprise sales at UKG resulted in scaling annual recurring revenue from $20 million to $50 million over three years, with teams consistently exceeding quotas. Donato also held various positions at Kronos Incorporated from February 2003 to November 2019, including Area Director of Mid-Market Sales, where contributions were made toward productivity and market share growth through innovative training programs.
