Juliet Patterson

Juliet Patterson offers more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources developing high performing teams that operate with agility, and helping build people-centric cultures that celebrate diversity and inclusion. She began her Epicor career as its Global Compensation Leader and expanded her role to include Global Benefits, HR Operations and HR Technology. As acting CHRO, she continues to connect, develop and care for Epicor’s more than 4,000 employees.

Prior to her role at Epicor, Juliet spent her career in the SaaS, information technology and power services industries working in compensation at EDS, Insight Enterprises, and FieldCore (a GE company).
