Marco de Vries has a strong background in product marketing and business development. Marco has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as an Associate Consultant at INPUT, where they provided market analysis and forecasting for government technology vendors. Marco then moved on to NCR Corporation, where they were responsible for market research and competitive analysis. After that, they worked at Lucent Technologies as a Manager in marketing and business development, supervising a team and conducting bid capture analysis. Marco then joined Serena Software as a Sr. Manager of Competitive Intelligence, leading global competitive and market intelligence activities. Marco later joined GXS as a Director of Marketing, overseeing market and competitive analysis. Marco then served as an Executive Director of Business Development at GHX, defining growth strategies and overseeing sales enablement. Marco then joined 7thonline as a Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, where they were responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development. Marco then had a significant role at OpenText as a Senior Director of Product Marketing, leading global product marketing functions.
