Chris Hedley has extensive work experience in the creative and design field. 🧐 Chris started their career in 2007 as a Designer for PC Plus magazine, where they were responsible for delivering high-quality designs for the publication. 🧐 Chris later became the Deputy Art Editor for both MacFormat and Tap! magazines, where they played a crucial role in meeting deadlines and developing the design styles of the publications.

In 2011, Chris was promoted to Art Editor for Tap! magazine, taking full responsibility for all art-related aspects of the brand. 🧐 Chris ensured that the magazine maintained its high design standards and oversaw various tasks such as design, illustration, photography, typography, budget management, and freelance hiring.

Chris then joined Future plc in 2013 as a Digital Art Editor for Football Week, where they utilized their skills in Future Folio software to deliver high-quality features and data-driven analysis for premier league games. 🧐 Chris later transitioned to the role of Digital Art Editor for the Photography Group, where they transformed photography training courses into interactive iPad and iPhone apps.

In 2015, Chris became the FutureFolio Lead Designer, serving as the company's expert in FutureFolio and offering training, advice, and best practices to internal staff and external clients. 🧐 Chris then briefly worked as an Art Editor for Future Fusion before joining Ryze Software Inc. in 2017 as a Creative Director.

Chris continued their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Hedley Design from 2016 to 2018. 🧐 Chris then became the Creative Director for Kolex in 2017, followed by a role as the Creative Director for That Media Thing Ltd from 2016 to 2017.

Most recently, in 2021, Chris joined Kolectiv as their Creative Director. Overall, they have gained expertise in creative direction, graphic design, art editing, and digital design throughout their career.

Chris Hedley completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications from the University of Sunderland, starting in 2006 and ending in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Media Design Publishing from South Tyneside College, starting in 2003 and finishing in 2006.
