Sergei Lysykh has extensive experience in marketing and business development. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Admitad Startups, where they developed and implemented marketing and PR strategies for the SaaS platform EPICSTARS. Sergei was responsible for setting and achieving KPIs for user growth and quality. Sergei also built and managed a diverse marketing team.
In 2020, Sergei joined TRASSIR as the Head of Large Corporate Client Acquisition. In this role, they developed and managed a department targeting Enterprise clients, growing the team from scratch to 16 professionals. Sergei focused on client acquisition and managing a revenue forecast model and KPI planning. Additionally, they developed personalized communication tactics for top-level executives of potential clients.
Sergei Lysykh completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in 2011. Sergei then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Economics from the Russian State Social University, which they completed in 2014.
