Natalie Lloyd is an experienced executive leader with a robust background in sales strategy, global growth, and digital transformation, currently serving as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network since September 2022. At Rodan + Fields, where tenure began in September 2012, Natalie has held various senior leadership roles, including Sr Director of Global Growth Strategy & Digital Transformation, overseeing market expansion and eCommerce initiatives, and Sr Director of Sales Strategy & Business Transformation, where efforts focused on implementing change programs and technology projects. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Bella Pictures and Stella & Dot, where Natalie drove sales strategy and training initiatives. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from Swansea University.
